Free initial assessment with foot analysis & pressure sole measurement
As part of a free initial assessment, your feet will be recorded using the latest measuring devices (foot analysis with 3D print measurement & foot image scan). The data obtained in this way is evaluated by the responsible orthopedic technician. You receive an exact picture of your current foot position. Conclusions can be drawn by comparing with previous measurement data.
We would like to point out that the costs for the insoles are covered by health insurance or supplementary insurance. We recommend that you clarify this with your health insurance company beforehand.

Individual production of the insoles
Based on the data recorded during the initial assessment (analysis of the feet, the gait or running pattern, the rolling behavior, the pressure distribution on the sole of the foot, any malpositions, etc.), the orthopedic technician digitally models the individual insoles in a specially designed computer program . This information is then sent to the CNC milling machine, which mills the insoles from so-called insole blanks.

Fitting & delivery
In a next step, the custom-made insoles are fitted into the shoes (brought by the customer), ie the insoles are integrated into the spatial conditions of the inner shoe.
At the same time, you will receive a receipt from us for your health insurance company to claim back the claim.

Test phase for at least one week
The customer then wears the insoles for at least a week to try them out.
During or after the test phase (the test phase can be extended), the insoles can be individually modified if there is pain.

Control & definitive coating
After a week of trial wear, the insoles will be corrected if necessary. Finally, the mass insoles are covered with a definitive insole cover
